Look, setting this up is incredibly simple. Just follow the instructions for the device you need. Get the app, and punch in the login details we gave you.

Remember you can install the app on as many devices as you want. But you can only watch on 1 device with one login at a time!
Step 1: Unlock Developer Mode

Steps to Unlock Developer Options
1. Go to the Home Screen and select Settings.
2. Select My Fire TV.
3. Select About.
4. Highlight the Fire TV Stick name and click the center button on your remote 7 to 8 times. A notification will appear at the bottom saying, "No need, you are already a developer" or "You are now a developer".
5. Press the Back button once, and you will now see Developer Options listed section.

Key Settings in Developer Options:

Install Unknown Apps: Select this to enable specific apps (like Downloader) to install third-party applications.

In order to install iM Player into your TV you must side-load this application due to the fact that it isn’t available inside the app store.

1. Search for downloader in the app store on your firestick using the magnifying glass.
2. Install the Downloader app.
3. Enable Install Unknown Apps for Downloader to install third-party applications. Go back to Developer Options in settings to enable this.

Install the IM Player

1. Open the Downloader app, Allow access to files.
2. In the search bar insert: 82375
3. Wait for the download to finish, upon finishing click on "Install" as shown below
4. After the app has finished downloading and installing, Open IM Player.
5. Allow access to files.
6. Go through the support screens
7. Log in using Management code
8. Insert the Management code provided or if you have used your management code already log in with Xtream Codes.

Google TV Setup Guide: iMPlayer TV (Via Downloader)

To install iMPlayer on your Google TV, we will use an app called Downloader to safely install the official application directly from the developer.

 
Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have your service details ready:

  • Management Code
  • Server URL
  • Username
  • Password

Step 1: Install the Downloader App
  1. From your Google TV home screen, navigate to the Apps tab or select the Search icon.

  2. Search for Downloader (look for an orange icon with a white downward arrow).

  3. Select the app and click Install. Do not open it just yet.

Step 2: Enable “Developer Options” (Important)

Google TV requires you to grant permission to the Downloader app to install third-party applications.

  1. From the Google TV home screen, go to Settings (the gear icon at the top right).

  2. Navigate to System > About.

  3. Scroll down to Android TV OS build and click the center button on your remote 7 times quickly. A message will pop up saying, “You are now a developer!”

  4. Press the Back button on your remote to return to the main Settings menu.

Step 3: Download iMPlayer TV
  1. Go back to your home screen or Apps list and open the Downloader app.

  2. If prompted, click Allow so the app can access your files.

  3. Select the URL search box on the home tab. Use the on-screen keyboard to carefully type the official iMPlayer download code: 82375

  4. Click Go. The app will immediately begin downloading.

  5. Once the download finishes, an installation prompt will appear. Click Install

  6. A box will appear to enable unknown soucres. Allow this option for Downloader 

  7. Find the Downloader app in the list and toggle the switch to ON.

  8. Go back and then select Open iM Player

Step 4: Add Your Playlist Credentials
  1. When iMPlayer opens for the first time, allow any requested permissions.

  2. Select Add Playlist using your remote’s directional pad.

  3. Choose the log in based on your message
    • Choose Management Code from the list of playlist types.
    • Choose Xtream Codes API from the list of playlist types.

  4. Fill out the login form exactly as follows:

    • Management code or
    • Xtreme Code
      • Name: TTWAU

      • Server URL: Enter the exact URL provided to you, including the http:// 

      • Username: Enter your assigned username (case-sensitive).

      • Password: Enter your assigned password (case-sensitive).

Step 5: Finalise and Load
  1. Double-check all details for typos—TV keyboards often automatically capitalise letters or add a space at the end of words.

  2. Select Add or Connect at the bottom of the screen.

  3. The app will connect to the server and begin downloading the live channels, movies, and TV Guide data.

  4. Once the loading bar completes, your TV dashboard will populate, and you are ready to stream!

Android Setup Guide: iMPlayer Mobile (Xtream Codes API)

Follow these steps to install the iMPlayer Mobile app on your Android phone and set up your streaming service using your Xtream Codes credentials.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have the following details ready:

  • Server URL

  • Username

  • Password


Step 1: Install the iMPlayer App
  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone.

  2. In the top search bar, type iMPlayer Mobile IPTV Player and tap the search icon.

  3. Locate the official app (usually developed by HzApps or myiptvonline) and tap Install. 

  4. Once the installation is complete, tap Open to launch the app.

  1. When opening the app for the first time, grant any requested system permissions to ensure the app functions properly.

  2. On the main welcome screen, tap Add Playlist or select the + (Plus) icon to configure your setup.

  3. Choose Xtream Codes API from the available playlist options.

A login form will appear. Fill it out exactly as follows:

  • Name: Enter a name for your service (e.g., The Tech Wizard AU).

  • Server URL: Enter the exact URL provided to you, including http:// or https:// and the port number if applicable.

  • Username: Enter your assigned username (case-sensitive).

  • Password: Enter your assigned password (case-sensitive).

Step 4: Finalise and Load
  1. Double-check all details for typos, especially in the Server URL.

  2. Tap Add or Connect at the bottom of the screen.

  3. The app will now connect to the server and begin downloading the live channels, movies, series, and TV Guide (EPG) data. This may take a minute or two depending on your connection speed.

  4. Once the download is complete, the dashboard will populate, and you are ready to stream!


 
Troubleshooting Tips
  • “Authorization Failed” or “Invalid Credentials”: Double-check your Username and Password. Ensure your phone’s keyboard hasn’t automatically added a space at the end of either field.

  • “Cannot Connect to Server”: Verify that the Server URL is typed exactly as provided. Check that your phone is connected to the internet (try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test the connection) and ensure you are not using a VPN that might be blocking the server.
