How do I place an order?
Head to our order page, fill in your details and choose your plan. We'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm and arrange payment.
I need help setting up my device.
Check our install guides page for step-by-step instructions for every device. If you're still stuck, send us a message and we'll walk you through it personally.
My streams aren't working. What do I do?
First try restarting the iM Player app and checking your internet connection. If the issue continues, send us a message with your username and a description of the problem and we'll sort it out quickly.
How do referral credits work?
When someone you referred places an order and mentions your name, we add $10 credit to your account. Credits are applied automatically when you renew. There's no limit on how many referrals you can make.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-subscription?
Yes — just send us a message and we'll arrange an upgrade for you. We'll work out a fair price based on how much time is left on your current subscription.
