By subscribing to The Tech Wizard AU you agree to the terms set out on this page.

SECTION 1

About Us


The Tech Wizard AU is a sole trader business operating in Australia. References to "we", "us" and "our" throughout these terms refer to The Tech Wizard AU. References to "you" and "your" refer to the person placing an order or using the service.

By submitting an order form or using our service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

SECTION 2

The Service


The Tech Wizard AU provides an IPTV streaming subscription service that gives access to live television channels, on-demand movies and TV series via the iM Player and UHF applications.

The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Each subscription account is for the personal use of the account holder and must not be shared publicly or resold.

The content available through our service may change from time to time. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, movie or TV series at any given time.

SECTION 3

Eligibility


You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By submitting an order you confirm that you are 18 or older.

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we believe incorrect information has been provided.

SECTION 4

Orders & payment


All orders are placed via our order form. After submitting your order we will contact you directly to confirm your details and arrange payment. Your subscription is not active until payment has been received and confirmed by us.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.Current subscription pricing are as state on the website.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect subscriptions that have already been paid for.

SECTION 5

Subscriptions


All subscriptions are for a fixed 12-month period beginning on the date your account is activated. Subscriptions do not renew automatically — we will contact you before your subscription expires to arrange renewal if you wish to continue.

Your subscription gives you access to the service for the full subscription period, subject to these terms. Each account may be used on one device at a time. 2-account subscriptions provide two separate independent accounts, each usable on one device at a time.

Referral credits of $10 per successful referral are applied to your account when a person you referred completes a paid subscription and mentions your name at the time of ordering. Credits are applied to your next renewal and do not carry a cash value.

SECTION 6

Refunds


All subscription payments are non-refundable. By completing payment you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription period, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-use.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where a service is found to be not of acceptable quality. If you believe you have a consumer law claim, please contact us to discuss.

In the event that we are unable to provide the service due to a fault on our part, we may at our discretion offer a credit or extension to your subscription.

SECTION 7

Acceptable use


By using our service you agree not to:

- Share your account credentials with anyone outside your household
- Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit your subscription or account
- Attempt to circumvent, reverse engineer or interfere with the service
- Use the service for any commercial broadcasting or public screening purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is being used in breach of these terms, without notice and without refund.

SECTION 8

Your Account


You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (username and password) secure. Do not share your login details with others outside your household.

If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised person, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

SECTION 9

Service availability


We aim to provide a reliable, high-quality service at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

The quality of your streaming experience depends in part on your own internet connection and device. We are not responsible for issues caused by your internet service provider, hardware or network conditions.

If you experience ongoing issues with the service, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any problems promptly.

SECTION 10

Limitation of liability


To the maximum extent permitted by us, The Tech Wizard AU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

SECTION 11

Changes to these terms


We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify active subscribers by email if changes are significant.

Your continued use of the service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
